Preparation time: About 40 min. Ingredients (makes 2 pizzas) 4 g fresh yeast 200 ml cold water 340 g soft flour 6 g salt 250 g marinara sauce 200 g grated mozzarella 50 g Parma ham 50 g rocket 50 g Parmesan olive oil Preparation: Place the water in a bowl and mix in the yeast. Leave for 5 minutes. Add flour and salt and knead with your hands for 10 minutes into a smooth dough. Cover and leave for 1.5 hours. Divide the dough into two halves and shape them into balls. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise for an additional hour. Preheat oven to 250° C. Place the dough balls on a piece of baking paper and roll out into flat pizzas. Pull paper with the pizzabases onto baking trays. Spread with marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 6-10 minutes. After baking, cover with Parma ham and rocket. Freshly shave parmesan on top of it, dizzle with some olive oil and serve.
