Preparation time: about 10 min. Ingredients for 2 persons: 2 tbsp butter 4 slices of sour dough bread 8 slices of Emmental cheese 8 strips of fried bacon 6 tbsp of berry jam Preparation: Switch on the contact grill. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and place them butter side down onto the grill. Top one of the slices with the cheese and bacon. Spread the jam on the other slice and place it jam side down onto the first slice. Grill/toast the sandwich in the contact grill for approx. 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
