Ingredients:
500g red currants
100 g sugar
200 ml cream
100 ml sour cream
Preparation:
Wash the currants, pluck them from the stalks and purée them vigorously together with the sugar. Pass through a fine sieve and then mix the fruit puree with cream and sour cream.
Then allow to cool to refrigerator temperature. Now put the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze until the desired consistency (about 30-45 minutes).
