Preparation time: About 5 min. Ingredients for 2 persons: 700 g beef mince 4 burger buns 2 onions 5 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp water 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 4 slices of cheese 4 tbsp aioli lambs lettuce Salt and pepper Preparation: Season the mince with salt and pepper and easily form four patties of the same size with the Steba burger press. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Fry them in a pan, then add sugar and water and bring to boil. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar and keep warm on low heat. Sear the burger meat on one of our Steba contact grills. One minute before patties are done, cover them with cheese and let it melt a bit. The gratinating function of our contact grills makes this very easy. In the meantime, halve the buns and put some washed lambs lettuce on them. Add a bit of Aioli and spread it evenly. Place the fried meat and a few caramelised onions on top of it, put the top part of the bun back on it and serve. Tip: Our Recommendations PG 4.4 Made in Germany >>> Recipe from Fräulein Zebra.
