Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes + baking time
Ingredients for approx. 5 preserving jars:
750 g cherries
350 g jam sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
Wash, halve and pit the cherries. Squeeze half of the lemon and mix with the cherries. Put the mixture into the breadmaker and set the jam programme. Stir the jam occasionally if nacessary.
When the programme is finished, pour the jam into clean jars and seal.
