Preparation time: in total approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 roll croissant dough
250 g strawberries
½ chocolate bar
125 ml heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
Take the croissant dough out of the roll and cut into triangles along the perforated lines. Roll two pieces of chocolate into each croissant, twist the ends inwards and press them together a little.
Meanwhile, heat up the waffle iron and wash and quarter the strawberries. Then whip the cream.
Once the waffle iron is heated, place a croissant in the centre and bake until golden brown. Serve with strawberries and a splash of whipped cream on each.
