150 ml milk
350 ml cream
50 g sugar
1 very fresh egg
200 g gingerbread
Preparation
Put the milk, cream, sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix well. Now break the gingerbread into small pieces, add to the cream mixture and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Now freeze this in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes (or until the desired consistency) and serve.
