Ingredients:
4 ciabatta rolls
150 g mozzarella
80 g Parmesan, grated
1 pinch of pepper
2 sticks of sage
1 pinch of salt
4 tomatoes
Preparation:
Wash the fresh tomatoes, quarter them and cut them into thin slices. Drain the fresh mozzarella and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the fresh sage, shake dry and chop finely. Now mix the prepared ingredients together with the grated Parmesan in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper.
Now cut the rolls so that you can unfold them. Then you can spread the prepared filling evenly on the buns. Fold the rolls and toast them in a hot contact grill for about 3-5 minutes until crispy. Serve the finished panini with tomato and mozzarella immediately hot.
