Preparation time: About 10 min. Ingredients (makes about 1 portion) 1 ripe avocado 1 clove of garlic 1 small tomato Lime juice Salt, pepper Preparation: Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Then scrape the fruit out and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork (for larger quantities of guacamole an electric grinder is also suitable). Peel a clove of garlic, press and add to the avocado. Wash, halve and core the tomato. Cut into fine cubes and add to the mix. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper and mix well. If you want, you could also add coriander. Tip: The avocado dip is a green allrounder: as a condiment for meat or spread on a sandwich – a good Guacamole makes (almost) everything better.
