Ingredients:
6 large egg yolks
240 ml milk
85 g macadamia syrup
150 g sugar
20 g baking soda
5 g salt
170 g butter, room warm
300 g flour
400 g white cake glaze
130 g chocolate lentils
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs with 60 ml milk and the syrup in a bowl or glass.
Then put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer for about 1 minute until everything is well mixed. Gradually stir in the butter and milk. Then add the egg mixture in three stages. Only add the next portion to the dough when the previous one has been mixed in well. Now mix the finished batter for about 5 minutes on the highest setting.
Heat the muffin maker and fill each mini muffin tin with a good tablespoon of batter. Bake the muffins uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then, bake closed for about 7 more minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then pour over the muffins and decorate with chocolate lentils.
