Tip: The recipe can also be easily adapted to other types of fruit.
Preparation time: in total approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients:
500 g defrosted frozen raspberries
200 g brown sugar
500 g Balsamico Bianco
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for about 25 minutes, while stirring constantly. Then strain through a sieve and boil again briefly. Finally, fill into clean, sterile bottles and seal directly.
If stored in a cool place in the dark, the raspberry balsamic vinegar will keep for at least 6 months.
