Ingredients:
200 g dried tomatoes in oil
40 g OLIVES
400 g wholemeal wheat flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp paprika – spice noble sweet
1 pinch of sugar
1 packet dry yeast
2 tbsp tomato paste
Dried oregano for sprinkling
Preparation:
First put the dried tomatoes in oil into the breadmaker, then the tomato paste. Now simply quarter the olives and put them in the breadmaker. Briefly put the lid on and let it knead. Then add all the dry ingredients: Sugar, paprika seasoning, salt and wholemeal wheat flour. Now knead again and add the dry yeast as the last ingredient. Then select the Pasta Dough programme and simply let the breadmaker work. As soon as the Italian bread is ready, you will hear a short beep. Now let the bread cool a little and sprinkle with dried oregano to taste.
