Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork to a cream. Season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Spread the avocado cream on two slices of whole wheat bread. Peel the egg, cut into slices and spread on the bread. Wash and slice the radishes. Wash the arugula and cut it in half if necessary. Top the sandwich with the radish slices and arugula and fold together.
Tip: For a little variety, use a fried egg instead of the boiled egg.
