Participation in the competition organised by Steba Elektrogeräte GmbH & Co. KG, Pointstraße 2, 96129 Strullendorf is free of charge. By participating in this competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation
The conditions for participating in the competition and the duration of the competition are noted in each competition entry description. During this period, Meta users will be given the opportunity to enter the competition via Facebook or Instagram. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

 

Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple meta profiles to increase the chances of winning.

 

Eligible participants

Only participants who have a meta account are authorised to participate.
Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

All persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

STEBA Elektrogeräte reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons in the event of suspected manipulation or a breach of these conditions of participation.

 

STEBA Elektrogeräte also reserves the right not to publish individual contributions from participants if they have no connection with the respective competition topic or if the content of the contribution is damaging to business, derogatory or defamatory.

 

Winning, notification and transfer of the prize
In the event of a win, Steba will collect the data required to process the prize (e.g. email address, address and date of birth) from the winner. The winner also agrees to be named on the STEBA Elektrogeräte Facebook and/or Instagram page as the winner of the competition with their full name/Facebook or Instagram user name.

 

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the prize draw.

The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly by a comment from STEBA Elektrogeräte under the respective competition entry.

The prize will only be handed over to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prize will only be dispatched within Germany.

Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.

If the winner does not respond within the specified period after publication, the claim to the prize will lapse and the next participant in the draw will receive the prize instead.

The winner must also contact us by private message within the specified period. The winner will be asked to send their home address and e-mail address to STEBA Elektrogeräte as a private message via the corresponding Facebook function.

STEBA Elektrogeräte will inform the winner of the further modalities for claiming the prize. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. If incorrect personal data is provided, the winner will be excluded from the competition. If the prize cannot be sent to the address given by the winner, the claim to the prize will also be forfeited.

 

Termination of the competition

STEBA Elektrogeräte expressly reserves the right to cancel the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned. STEBA Elektrogeräte also reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time should this be necessary.

The controller for the purposes of data protection law for this competition is Steba Elektrogeräte GmbH & Co. KG, Pointstraße 2, 96129 Strullendorf, Germany.

Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. STEBA Elektrogeräte points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the organisation of the competition, the decision to award the prize and the awarding of the prize.

Severability clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
