The BBQ grill VG 250 is a real highlight for your barbecue party. Spontaneously ready for use without long preparation time, delicious steaks, sausages, fish and vegetables always turn out perfectly on the solid die-cast grill plate. With the infinitely variable temperature control, you always have full control over your grill and can always keep it constant or adjust it variably to the food being grilled - a clear advantage over conventional charcoal grills. The same applies to the VG 250 (as to all BBQ grills from STEBA): The lid makes the difference! This means you always achieve particularly tender grilling results without drying out, while at the same time forming an appetising crust. Valuable ingredients and flavour are preserved. It also acts as a windbreak when attached to the grill plate.
Due to the very fast heat-up time, grilling temperatures of up to 250°C are achieved. The cast-in heating elements distribute the temperature evenly and prevent dangerous grease burns - this allows you to enjoy grilling without hesitation. The large grill surface with a diameter of 40 cm not only offers grilling fun in all facets, but is also fun to clean thanks to its non-stick coating, not least because of the removable grill plate. Excess roasting liquid runs off into a drip tray and enables fat-reduced and almost odourless and smoke-free grilling. Even in bad weather, the VG 250 is a guarantee for a successful barbecue party - if it suddenly starts to rain, simply lift off the grill tray with lid and continue barbecuing on the covered balcony or on the table in the flat.
