The compact DF 300 stainless steel deep fryer holds 5 litres of oil and thus offers space for up to 1.5 kg of delicious fried food. French fries, chicken nuggets and calamari always turn out perfectly with the professional heating system of the cold zones at up to 190°C - without burning, as the high-performance heating elements lie freely in the oil! This means that the bottom of the pot is cooler than above the heating elements (where the food is fried). If fried food falls through the basket, it no longer burns on the bottom of the pot. This saves a lot of time during cleaning. The cold zone deep fryer can be completely dismantled. If necessary, the frying fat can be poured into a storage container and all components of the deep fryer can be easily cleaned.

The integrated timer offers additional operating convenience. With this, the cooking time of the fried food can always be set. So you will no longer forget any fries in the deep fryer!
