The Steba MX 40 hand blender set is a hand blender with extensive accessories (7 attachments!) and a long stainless steel blending rod to work effortlessly in deep pots. The special feature is, of course, the design! With its elegant housing in rubberised anthracite, the MX 40 is definitely an eye-catcher. With the included stand, you can keep the kitchen gadget within easy reach in the kitchen at all times. The highlight: the various blade attachments can be stored inside the stand. With the 8 speed levels from 7,000 - 14,000 rpm, you can set exactly the speed you need. The respective power level is shown on an LED display.

Multimesser

The multi knife is the all-rounder among the knife attachments. It is ideal for chopping fresh fruit, vegetables, raw vegetables, muesli, onions or frozen fruit. But also for blending soups, sauces and mixed drinks.

Meat knife

The meat knife is perfect for mincing cooked meat or raw fish. However, soft fruits or vegetables can also be mixed well with it.

Puree disc

The pureeing disc is ideal for emulsifying e.g. mayonnaise or mixed drinks, for stirring light doughs or blending curd cheese, for pureeing mashed potatoes or vegetables.

Impact disc

The beater disc can be used for beating egg whites, cream, sauces or mixed drinks.

Shredder

The multi-shredder can be used to chop hard cheese or nuts, for example, or to prepare pesto.

Whisk

The whisk is used to whip egg whites, cream or light liquid doughs (e.g. crêpe batter).

Potato & Vegetable Masher

The potato masher is perfect for preparing mashed potatoes or other vegetable purees. Thanks to its special technology, it reduces the speed many times over. This ensures that creamy and fluffy mashed potatoes turn out perfectly.
