Firstly, halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into large pieces.
Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
Roll the lime back and forth while applying a little pressure, cut in half and then squeeze out the juice.
Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
Now place all the ingredients in the blender and blend to the desired consistency.
