Avocado smoothie

Smoothies are wonderfully varied, contain lots of vitamins and are a welcome change from substantial meals.

 

One of our favourite recipes is the avocado smoothie. Sweet banana, coconut milk and creamy avocado? You'll love this delicious combination!

Preparation

Step 1

Firstly, halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into large pieces.

Step 2

Peel the banana and cut into pieces.

Step 3

Roll the lime back and forth while applying a little pressure, cut in half and then squeeze out the juice.

Step 4

Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Step 5

Now place all the ingredients in the blender and blend to the desired consistency.
