Preparation

Step 1

Quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard core. Now place the quarters on the grill and grill for approx. 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, place the sugar in a mortar and grind together with the mint leaves.

Step 3

Cut the grilled pineapple into strips approx. 1 cm wide and arrange in the bowl. Sprinkle with mint sugar and enjoy!
