Greek salad

Looking for light, cool food in these hot temperatures? We have prepared a suitable recipe that is simple and, of course, delicious. If you like feta cheese or simply want to eat healthy - here is a suitable recipe.

Preparation

Step 1

To start, pour a little olive oil over the feta, sprinkle with oregano and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Then wash the cucumber and have it cut into pieces and prepare the olives. Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into short strips. Cut the onions into fine rings and the tomatoes into quarters or eighths.

Step 3

Now gently mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or arrange on a serving platter or plate as desired.

Step 4

Mix (shake) the dressing with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper, mix in or pour over the ingredients. Finally, sprinkle with a little oregano.
