Delicious lamb chops do not only taste good at Easter. Matching our barbecue series, we have a recipe for you, with which you can prepare super delicious marinated lamb chops on the grill:
For the marinade, chop the herbs with the pepper, salt and garlic in a blender. Then mix with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Wash the chops under cold water, pat dry and place in a flat dish. Pour the marinade over it and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, drain and place on the hot grill. Grill on both sides for about three minutes.
