Panini with tomato mozzarella

Crispy, juicy paninis are perfect as a snack. Whether in front of the TV, during your lunch break or in between, when you need something quick. We have a recipe that is guaranteed to please everyone.

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the fresh tomatoes, quarter them and cut them into thin slices. Drain the fresh mozzarella and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the fresh sage, shake dry and chop finely.

Step 2

Now mix the prepared ingredients together with the grated Parmesan in a bowl and season well with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Now cut the buns open so that you can unfold them. Then the prepared filling can be spread evenly over the buns.

Step 4

Close the rolls and toast them in a hot contact grill for approx. 3 - 5 minutes until crispy. Serve the finished panini with tomato and mozzarella immediately while hot.
