Quick Camembert Dip

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the rind from the Camembert and cut the cheese into pieces.

Step 2

Put the Camembert and cream in a blender and puree until creamy. Wash and drain the thyme and pluck the leaves from the stem.

Step 3

Now arrange the Camembert cream on a plate and refine with thyme, pepper and honey.
