Savoury meatball pops with tomato and paprika dip

With this dish, you are perfectly prepared for any party buffet. The best thing about it is that it's super easy to prepare and really tasty: savoury meatball pops with a spicy tomato and pepper dip!

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the cake maker. Mix all the ingredients together.

Then spoon the batter into the preheated baking tin and close the lid.

 

After approx. 15 minutes, check the cooking status & remove the meatballs.

Step 2

For the dip, heat the olive oil in a pan and then sauté the onion, garlic, pepper and tomatoes for approx. 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

  • 500 g organic minced meat
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1-2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • some salt, pepper
  • 3 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 pepper, finely diced
  • approx. 4 stalks of parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 80 g paprika paste, mild (e.g. ajvar)
  • some salt & pepper, sugar
