Tomato Bread like Italy

An original Italian bread with dried tomatoes and fresh olives. Quickly prepared, it is a must for dinner with several people or for a barbecue and raclette. The taste will enchant you.

Preparation

Step 1

First put the dried tomatoes in oil into the bread machine, then the tomato paste. Now simply quarter the olives and put them in the breadmaker. Briefly put the lid on and let it knead.

Step 2

Then add all the dry ingredients: Sugar, paprika seasoning, salt and wholemeal wheat flour. Now knead again and add the dry yeast as the last ingredient. Then select the Pasta Dough programme and simply let the breadmaker work.

Step 3

As soon as the Italian bread is ready, a short signal sounds. Now leave the bread to cool slightly and sprinkle with dried oregano to taste.
