Vegan hot chocolate

In the spirit of Veganuary, we have a recipe for you that will help you get through the cold days! Our vegan hot chocolate will lift your mood on icy and grey winter days.

 

Tip: You can refine this hot chocolate with a variety of toppings of your choice!

Preparation

Step 1

First prepare the nut drink:

Add 500 ml of water, nuts and dates to our VDM 2, set the soya milk programme and prepare the milk alternative.

Step 2

Meanwhile, break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthways and remove the seeds.

Once the milk alternative is ready, add the chocolate and vanilla pulp, set the smoothie programme and blend for another minute. Leave to mix for a minute.
