Internships abroad!
Steba joins in - one trainee has already been on an internship abroad in Denmark to gain work experience abroad.
"Working in Denmark for a fortnight in a different company was a great experience for me. You are just thrown in at the deep end and have to learn to swim quickly. I learned how a completely digital filing system works and was able to put my manual skills to the test. At school, we saw how a school day works. The most impressive thing was that everything was done digitally, not a single sheet of paper. It was a great experience and a nice way to get to know the Danish working world as well as culture."

Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Its budget of 26 billion euros for the period 2021 - 2027 enables millions of Europeans to study abroad, further their education, gain professional experience, do voluntary work or exchange professional knowledge with European partners. In Germany, for example, up to 150,000 trainees are to be supported in the area of vocational training alone over the entire course of the programme.
