Today, Steba stands for a broad and modern product range in the small kitchen appliances sector, including its product categories of sous-vide cookers, raclettes, electric BBQs, deep fryers, small ovens and much more. Then as now, some items are produced by long-standing and quality-conscious employees in our factory in Strullendorf near Bamberg and exported to more than 45 countries worldwide.
Your Tasks
- Durchführung von Budgetplanungen und Forecasts
- Überwachung und Analyse der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen Unternehmensplanung
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kostenstruktur
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt im Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Elektrogeräte- oder Konsumgüterbranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanz- und Kostenrechnung
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Controlling-Tools und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
