The DD 1 ECO with integrated heating system can be used anywhere there is electricity. It not only creates space in the kitchen and on the hob, but also turns the balcony and terrace into an "outdoor" kitchen. It also provides an unusual variety of food when camping.

Healthy preparation

Food is no longer "cooked out" but cooked by the steam pressure. This preserves > 60% of the vitamins and amino acids to > 90%. Since other valuable ingredients such as minerals are also no longer "flushed out", food retains its own flavour. The addition of cooking salt or spices can be significantly reduced. The food is of higher quality and more digestible.

Up to 70% time saving

A delicious goulash can be cooked in less than 30 minutes, long-lasting dishes with e.g. fresh pulses in 1/5 of the usual time, potatoes or a healthy vegetable soup in minutes. This creates more free time and quality of life. And the considerable energy savings associated with the shorter cooking times are easy on the wallet.

Maximum safety

The DD 1 ECO is equipped with a 5-fold safety system that meets the latest standards and makes opening under pressure impossible, for example. All that is needed to open the lid is a flick of the switch. The steam pressure escapes in a controlled manner and then releases the lid.
