Avocado chocolate mousse

This avocado chocolate mousse is not only incredibly delicious and creamy, but also healthy, as it does not contain any cream or added sugar. Perfect for all chocolate lovers and health-conscious connoisseurs!

Preparation

Step 1

Halve the avocados, remove the stone, remove the flesh from the skin and cut roughly into pieces.

Step 2

Mix together with the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla pulp and a pinch of salt in a blender to form a creamy mixture - and that's it!

Step 3

If you like, put the mousse in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that it gets nice and cold.
