Firstly, season the eggs with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder and then whisk them together. Place the cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or other suitable tool - and spread on a flat plate. Place the flour in a shallow dish as well.
Now dredge the chicken strips first in flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally roll them in the crushed cornflakes to coat them evenly.
Place the breaded chicken strips in the air fryer, making sure they do not touch each other, and bake at 180°C for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Turn occasionally to ensure even browning.
Meanwhile, make the BBQ sauce. Place the honey and hot sauce in a pan with a dash of water and simmer everything on a low heat until the glaze thickens.
Brush the finished chicken tenders generously with the glaze and garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
