Spicy and hot food is simply a pleasure! If you love it, you should definitely try this recipe and experience the flavour explosion of chorizo, peppers and the other herbs. It is quick to prepare and can easily be extended to several people.
Prepare a board, knife and bowls. Start with the mozzarella and cut it into small cubes. Wash the peppers and cut off or remove the core and the ends. Then cut the peppers into thin strips and place in a bowl.
Now peel the chorizo and cut into thin slices. Roll out both pizza doughs to a thickness of approx. 5 mm and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or on the round pizza stone.
Then spread the tomato sauce evenly over both pies with a spoon, leaving a margin of approx. 4 mm. Now spread the mozzarella, pepperoni and chorizo evenly over both pizzas, one after the other. Finally, sprinkle with oregano and season with a little sea salt and pepper.
Then place the pizza in the oven for approx. 15 - 18 minutes. In the PB 1800, please only place in the oven for approx. 4 - 6 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and roughly chop the parsley. As soon as the crust is crispy and slightly brown, take it out and leave it for two minutes - then sprinkle the pizzas with parsley and top with the basil. Now sprinkle the pizza with lemon juice according to taste. Now bite into it and enjoy.
