First open the lid and remove the baking tin by turning it to the left. This is important so that no ingredients get into the baking chamber or onto the heating elements.
Now use the dough hook and add the buttermilk and olive oil first. Then add the flour, salt, sugar, courgette, bread spice, herb mix and walnuts. Then make a small hole in the centre and add the yeast.
Set the BM 2 bread maker to programme 7 "Quick". The bread is ready after approx. 2 hours.
Attention: If the yeast comes into contact with liquid before kneading, the bread may not rise.
