Again matching our barbecue series, today we present you a more extraordinary recipe. You can prepare potatoes on the grill in a completely different way and how to do it we show you here:
Prepare the grill to approx. 200 °C.
Place the potato on a wooden spoon (alternatively: one wooden spoon each under and over the potato) and cut into slices about 3-5 mm thin with a sharp thin knife. But do not cut completely, so that the potato still holds together at the bottom.
Cut garlic into fine slices/plane. Place one slice in each second incision of the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in a grill tray or on a baking tray. Mix the margarine or oil with the chopped herbs and salt.
Brush the potatoes with the mixture.
Cook on the grill over indirect heat for approx. 50-60 minutes. Remove every 20 minutes and brush again with the margarine.
