Of course, the weather plays a role in the St. Martin lantern procession, but not when barbecuing with an electric barbecue. In an emergency, the barbecue can also be held indoors. Today we are also grilling something for the little lantern bearers - who are hungry, of course, but don't want to stay seated. Our skewers with potatoes, sausages and a slice of courgette are just the thing.
To begin, simply pre-cook the potatoes for around 15 minutes. Then drain and peel them. Cut each potato about three times, depending on its size. Cut the poultry sausages six times.
Then wash the courgettes thoroughly and also cut them into 2 cm thick slices. Now it's time to start staking.
Simply skewer a potato and a sausage alternately. At the very end, add one or two slices of courgette, as desired. In any case, you will end up with 10 ready-to-eat skewers.
Now simply switch on the grill and grill the skewers until they are browned to your liking, about 5 minutes per side. The finger food snack is ready!
