Breakfast smoothie

Smoothies are wonderfully varied, contain lots of vitamins and are a welcome change from substantial meals.

 

One of our favourite recipes is the breakfast smoothie.

This tasty and filling smoothie is ideal as a breakfast substitute when you need something quick. Thanks to the oat flakes it contains, it is filling and also deliciously creamy. 

Preparation

Step 1

Firstly, peel the bananas and cut into pieces.

Step 2

Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to the desired consistency.

  • 200 ml milk
  • 300 g frozen berries of your choice, e.g. raspberries
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tsp honey
