There is always room for grilled vegetables on our grill. They are perfect for a healthy feast because they provide us with many important vitamins. You can find the recipe for our grilled vegetable platter below:
Wash the aubergine, courgette and pepper and remove the stalks. Slice the aubergine and courgette. Generously remove the fibrous inside of the peppers and the seeds, then cut them into wide strips.
Then brush the vegetables with enough olive oil and put them on the grill one by one. Start with the aubergine and after about 2-3 minutes add the peppers and courgettes. Grill the vegetables, turning several times, until they are soft and have great grill stripes.
Finally, put the grilled vegetables in a bowl and mix with a little olive oil, the lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
