Grilled peaches with goat's cheese and honey-balsamic glaze

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.

Step 2

Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill and grill for about 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Step 3

Then turn the peaches over and place a generous portion of goat's cheese in the centre of each. Grill the stuffed peaches for a further 2-3 minutes until the goat's cheese has melted slightly.

Step 4

Place the grilled peaches on a serving platter and drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
