Firstly, preheat the contact grill and lightly grease it.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into thin slices.
Mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Add more sriracha depending on the desired level of spiciness.
Now place the halloumi slices on the preheated contact grill and grill for approx. 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
While the halloumi is grilling, cut the burger buns in half and place them briefly on the grill on the cut side until they are lightly toasted.
Now top the bottom half of each bun with lettuce, onion rings, cucumber, avocado and halloumi. Spread the Sriracha mayo on the top half of the buns, place on the burger - and enjoy!
