Our tip: The recipe can also be easily created with other types of fruit.
Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Then strain through a sieve and bring to the boil again briefly.
Finally, pour into clean, sterile bottles and seal directly.
If stored in a cool place in the dark, the Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar will keep for at least 6 months.
