Raspberry balsamic vinegar

Our homemade raspberry balsamic vinegar tastes wonderfully refreshing and is especially good for fresh, summer salads!

Our tip: The recipe can also be easily created with other types of fruit.

Preparation

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Then strain through a sieve and bring to the boil again briefly.

Step 2

Finally, pour into clean, sterile bottles and seal directly.

Step 3

If stored in a cool place in the dark, the Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar will keep for at least 6 months.
