Who doesn't know them? Muffins can be found at almost every birthday and are one of the most popular pastries. Here we show you how you can easily make super delicious mini muffins:
Whisk the eggs with 60 ml milk and the syrup in a bowl or glass, then add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer for about 1 minute until well combined.
Gradually stir in the butter and the milk. Then add the egg mixture in three stages. Only add the next portion to the dough when the previous one has been well mixed in. Now mix the finished dough for approx. 5 minutes on the highest setting.
Heat the muffin maker and fill each mini muffin tin with a good tablespoon of batter. Bake the muffins open for approx. 7 minutes. Then bake, closed, for about 7 more minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then pour over the muffins and decorate with chocolate lentils.
