Juicy Burger Patties

What would you say makes the perfect burger? The sauce or the toppings? They are also important, but it's the juicy patty that makes the perfect burger. And when it's homemade, everyone's mouth waters. Here you will find a suitable recipe:

Preparation

Step 1

First soak the roll in some warm milk. Cut the beef fillet into approx. 3 cm pieces. Likewise - as a flavour carrier - the pancetta. Cut the onion into pieces and peel the garlic.

Step 2

Put the meat together with the onion pieces and garlic into the mincer, along with the soaked bread roll. Finally, mix with egg and a little milk if necessary and season to taste.

Step 3

The patties are now formed into the desired size and fried in a pan with a little oil until crispy. The burgers can then be tastefully assembled with the ingredients of your choice.
