Crispy chicken wings in a spicy Sauce: In the hot air fryer the chicken wings are ready quickly and the finger food stays juicy. Chicken wings are ideal for parties - they are inexpensive, easy to make yourself and can be eaten out of hand without cutlery. If you don't like BBQ sauce, you can also use other marinades. Cole slaw is a great side dish and a sour cream dip softens the spiciness of the marinade.
Cut the wings at the joint, wash and dab dry. Mix the oil with the spices and turn the chicken wings in it several times.
Then simply place them in the basket of the hot air fryer and cook the chicken wings for around 20 minutes at approx. 175 degrees. In between, take out the basket once and shake it briefly.
After the 20 minutes, simply brush the chicken wings with the BBQ sauce and fry at approx. 200 degrees for another 10 minutes until brown. Afterwards, you can serve the wings with cole slaw, for example.
