This chocolate lava cake is more than just a dessert - it's a flavour explosion! With its moist chocolate crust and melt-in-the-mouth centre, every bite is a revelation for the taste buds. The best thing about it? Preparation is child's play and only requires a few ingredients. Whether for special occasions or simply for a cosy dessert at home, this cake is always a good choice.
First set the multicooker to the "Steam cooking" function and grease lightly.
Now melt the chopped dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a bain-marie until smooth and melted. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well. Add the flour and a pinch of salt and mix in gently until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the dough evenly into small baking tins or cups suitable for the multicooker, place in the cooker and close the lid. Select the steam cooking or baking function and set the cooking time to approx. 10-12 minutes.
As soon as the cooking process is complete, carefully open the pressure valve and remove the moulds. Dust the chocolate lava cakes with icing sugar, garnish with fresh berries or mint and enjoy!
