Homemade kiwi yoghurt

Homemade yoghurt tastes super delicious and is convincing because it does not contain any artificial flavourings, additives or masses of sugar compared to bought yoghurt from the supermarket. You decide the ingredients yourself! We show you how to make your own yoghurt very easily:

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the milk to lukewarm (approx. 45°C) in a large pot and mix in the natural yoghurt or cultures.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into the rinsed jars and set the yoghurt maker for at least 8 hours.

Step 3

Once the yoghurt is ready, peel the kiwis and mash them finely. Mix the yoghurt, kiwi and pistachios and garnish with fresh mint.

Step 4

Tip: The longer the yoghurt matures, the stronger the flavour becomes.
