With colder temperatures, everyone benefits from a vitamin boost. Freshly prepared celery juice has many advantages. It not only promotes stomach and intestinal health, it also has an anti-inflammatory effect and strengthens the bones and heart with its vitamins.
Wash all the ingredients well. First cut off the end of the celery stalks. Cut the celery into 4-6 cm long pieces. Cut the apple into eighths or to fit the juicer's feed chute.
Add all the ingredients one by one into the feed chute of your slow juicer and press it towards the pressing mechanism with the corresponding plugger. When no more juice comes out of the juice outlet, the celery juice is ready. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a few hours.
