Spaghetti with dried tomatoes is a dish that is not only prepared in a flash, but also tastes extremely delicious!
The combination of spaghetti al dente and intensively aromatic dried tomatoes is ideal not only as a quick lunch, but also as an excellent dinner for your guests.
Wash the basil, dab dry and chop coarsely. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into fine cubes. Wash the chilli pepper, cut in half lengthwise, carefully remove the seeds and chop the pepper very finely.
Mix the basil, garlic and chilli with the olive oil in a large bowl and leave to infuse.
Now cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into fine strips.
Pour the cooked spaghetti into the bowl, add the tomato strips and mix with the herb oil. Season everything with salt and pepper.
Arrange on plates and garnish with coarsely grated Parmesan.
