Instead of spending hours rolling, you can now create your own bowl in minutes. Fresh salmon, crunchy vegetables and creamy avocado on a base of delicious rice - it couldn't be easier!
Cook the rice in the rice cooker.
In the meantime, wash the cucumber and cut into thin cubes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, lift the flesh out of the skin and also cut into cubes.
Then rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into thin slices.
For the dressing, mix the wasabi paste with the soya sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
Chop the nori seaweed into very thin strips.
Place the cooked rice in 4 bowls. Arrange the vegetables and salmon on top of the rice.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with the dressing.
