In just a few minutes, you can conjure up a savoury snack with the hot air fryer or in the oven that is golden brown on the outside and creamy on the inside. Perfect for anyone craving something special that's not only quick to make but also full of healthy fats.
Whether you enjoy them on their own or with a spicy dip - these avocado fries are guaranteed to leave you wanting more! Ideal as a low-carb snack, for a snack in between meals or as a side dish.
Firstly, halve and pit the avocados and roughly mash the flesh in a bowl with a fork.
Then add the grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika powder or chilli flakes to the avocado mixture and mix everything together well.
Now shape the mixture into small chips-like sticks (alternatively into small balls).
Finally, fry the avocado fries in a hot air fryer at 180°C for Fry for approx. 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Alternatively, you can bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
Serve with a tasty dip, such as yoghurt and herb dip or a spicy Sriracha dip - and enjoy!
