Mix the flour, beer and oil into a smooth dough. Mix in the eggs, salt and pepper and leave the dough to rise for about half an hour.
In the meantime, wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Blanch the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 minutes beforehand and arrange everything in bowls.
Heat the fat in the fondue pot. Skewer the vegetables as desired on fondue forks, dip them in the beer batter and fry them in the hot fat until the batter is crispy.
